MENTOR, OH (May 31, 2016) – Crossroads was the charity of choice for The Lake County Captains on Friday, May 27, 2016 as they faced the Fort Wayne Tincaps at Classic Park. Crossroads’ staff and volunteers sold tickets to the game and 50/50 raffle tickets that night, as we worked to raise awareness for children and adolescents struggling with mental and behavioral health issues.
Crossroads’ CEO, Mike Matoney says “We appreciate the Captains for the opportunity of a fun night at the ballpark and to tell our story of what is done daily to support young people and their families in Lake County.”
It was also fireworks night and a wonderful way to kick-off the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. Captains charities contributed over a thousand dollars to Crossroads.
