For more than 40 years, Crossroads has been providing a continuum of quality life-changing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, young adults and families, including specialized treatment for chemically dependent adolescents. As a leader in the behavioral health field, we offer a vast array of programs and services that evaluate, educate, strengthen and support thousands of children and their families each year.
Originating in 1971 as the Lake County Free Clinic, Crossroads has grown and evolved, providing services to thousands of children, adolescents, and their families every year. Our range of programs and services are available to young people from birth through adolescence and into young adulthood.
Our multidisciplinary staff of psychiatrists, counselors, social workers, mental health specialists, and educators provides specialized treatment and expert care based on the individual’s needs.
Services at Crossroads are made possible in part through the Lake County ADAMHS (Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services) Board. Established by Ohio statute, the ADAMHS Board is responsible for planning, funding, and evaluating Lake County’s mental health and recovery services. More information on the services provided through the ADAMHS Board and its network of local providers is available online at www.HelpThatWorks.us.
